What are you going to do?

As a working foreman, you will work together with colleagues at the nursery and assist with the daily processes. You will be involved in the care and cultivation of our Cymbidiums, and together with your team, you will ensure that the work runs smoothly and efficiently. At the same time, you will be able to take on more and more responsibilities and grow into a role as a manager.

Your duties will include:

• Participating in the cultivation of Cymbidiums
• Guiding and managing colleagues in the workplace
• Drawing up and monitoring production schedules
• Consulting with other departments such as sales and cultivation
• Identifying improvements in the process and contributing ideas for solutions

Who are you?

• You have at least MBO level 2 working and thinking skills.
• You have an affinity with (or interest in) greenhouse horticulture.
• You are practical, enjoy working with others, and think in terms of solutions.
• You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
• You enjoy managing colleagues and supporting them where necessary.
• You are passionate about your work and are open to learning and contributing ideas.
