The Paphiopedilum is an elegant orchid. This orchid is characterized by its shoe-shaped lip, also known as the lady's slipper. The plant is also easy to care for.

Paphiopedilum grows and blooms best in a bright spot, but does not like direct sunlight. Do you notice that the plant is becoming duller in color? Then it is probably getting too much light.
The Paphiopedilum feels at home in most living rooms and thrives best at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
Immerse the plant in water once a week for about 10 minutes, including the root ball. Allow the water to drain off before returning the Paphiopedilum to its pot.
Feed the plant with orchid fertilizer once a month: follow the recommended concentration on the product label; the Paphiopedilum does not need any more than that.
Do you want the plant to flower several times? Cut away the old stem as deeply as possible. The Paphiopedilum will flower again after an average of nine months.
The plant is not suitable for consumption by humans or animals.
